Spettacolari combattimenti di Muay thai e Mma al  “Fast and furious 3  – Cage fight 9” di Nulvi.

Nulvi 22 dicembre 2013 – Il “Fast and furious 3 – Cage fight 9” va in archivio con 6 vittorie, tre match pari e un “no contest” da disputare alla prima occasione possibile. Si è chiuso così ieri sera (21 dicembre), con un buon successo di pubblico, l’evento che, per la prima volta in Sardegna, ha consentito ai fighter delle migliori scuole di Muay thai e Mma dell’isola di affrontarsi all’interno di una gabbia ottagonale. Sono stati assegnati anche i trofei “Città di Nulvi” per i migliori atleti di Muay thai (Samuele Cuccuru) e Mma (Alessandro Bazzoni).

Il pubblico del palazzetto dello sport di Nulvi ha fatto sentire tutto il suo calore agli atleti che, all’interno della struttura messa a disposizione dalla Kombat league guidata da Massimiliano Baggio, non si sono certo risparmiati. E il match clou della serata, quello di stampo internazionale che ha anche chiuso la lunga serie di incontri, non ha certo deluso. Il pareggio decretato dagli arbitri federali non ha accontentato il pubblico e tantomeno i due fighter, perché dal punto di vista tecnico il risultato poteva essere favorevole all’algherese. Giovanni Mulas (No Rules Alghero) e l’olandese Sereno J.T. Hendriks (Tatsujin Dojo Nymegen) si sono affrontati sulla distanza dei due round da 4 minuti. L’olandese è partito subito molto forte, costringendo l’atleta algherese alla rete. Il primo round ha visto un alternarsi di situazioni con i due che, a terra, hanno cercato le leve migliori per aggiudicarsi l’incontro. Nel secondo round Mulas è riuscito più di una volta a controllare il suo avversario, creandogli notevoli difficoltà e portandolo a terra dove la tecnica dell’algherese è sembrata avere maggiore efficacia.

Alla fine gli arbitri non hanno avuto dubbi: il match per loro equilibrato non poteva che concludersi con un pareggio.

Tra gli ospiti di rilievo, si segnala la presenza di Cristian “Mani di Pietra” Binda atleta professionista di Mma che ieri, all’angolo di Giovanni Mulas, ha dispensato all’algherese un gran numero di consigli utili.

Anche gli altri gladiatori del “Fast and furious 3 – Cage fight 9” sono entrati nell’ottagono con grande grinta. Nei primi due match giovanili di Mma Nicola Demartis (Tarantini Muay thai boxing & Mma) ha prima ottenuto un pareggio nell’incontro con Gabriele Urtis (Nur Mma Porto Torres) mentre, successivamente, ha dovuto cedere ai punti a un agguerrito Alessio Annunziata (Nur Mma Porto Torres).

Scintille anche nel primo incontro di Muay thai tra Cristian Dessì (Brigadores fight club Nulvi) e il nuorese Danilo Murroni (Tai Kadai Nuoro) nella categoria 75 kg. L’incontro, che ha messo in mostra le doti tecniche dei due atleti, si è chiuso con un pareggio.

L’unico match femminile in programma, tra la beniamina locale Giulia Meloni (Brigadores fight club Nulvi) e Martina Puggioni (Thai Kadai di Bolotana), ha regalato al pubblico grandi emozioni. Le due giovani fighter hanno iniziato subito con una grande serie di colpi al volto e numerosi calci medi che hanno subito infiammato il match. L’incontro è proseguito su questa linea e le due atlete non hanno dato segno di stanchezza sino all’ultimo minuto. Alla fine, i giudici hanno assegnato la vittoria alla padrona di casa alla sua prima esperienza contro la vice campionessa italiana.

Si è chiuso subito con un “no contest” il match di Mma tra il sassarese Francesco Piras (Tarantini Muay thai boxing & Mma) e il modenese Mattia Guidi (Shot team Modena). Piras, colpito all’occhio con una mossa non consentita ma giudicata involontaria dai giudici, ha dovuto lasciare la gabbia. Il match, non ancora disputato per metà, è stato perciò giudicato non valido e dovrà essere disputato in altra data.

L’unico incontro di Mma, tra i sei in programma, chiuso per sottomissione è stato quello tra Corrado Casadei (Nur Mma Porto Torres) e il sassarese Antonio Fadda (Iron Gym Sassari). Il tutto si è deciso nel secondo round quando, nella lotta a terra, il sassarese ha afferrato prima il braccio e poi, rapidamente, il collo dell’avversario (ghigliottina) costringendolo alla resa.

Vittoria ai punti poi, nel match di Muay thai, per il giovane campione italiano juniores Samuele Cuccuru (Tarantini Muay Thai Boxing) opposto a Roberto Anedda (Thai Kadai Bolotana). A Cuccuru, poi, l’assessore allo Sport del Comune di Nulvi, Roberto Tedde, ha consegnato il premio per il migliore atleta della disciplina.

Avvincente anche il match di Mma tra Alessandro Bazzoni (Nur Mma Porto Torres) e Antonio Carnevale (Shot team Modena). Il portotorrese ha sfoggiato grandi doti di striker che gli hanno permesso di tenere alla distanza i ganci del mancino modenese. Al termine delle due riprese i giudici hanno premiato il sardo che ha portato a casa anche il premio “Città di Nulvi” quale migliore atleta di Mma. Il trofeo è stato consegnato dal sindaco della cittadina dell’Anglona, Mariolino Buscarinu.

Muay thai ancora protagonista con l’altro padrone di casa, il campione italiano terza serie Giuseppe Sechi (Brigadores Fight Club Nulvi) opposto al campione italiano Open 2012 Pietro Camoglio (Tarantini Muay Thai Boxing). È stato un match con scintille, con i due mai domi sino al termine delle tre riprese. I due, molto bravi tecnicamente, hanno sfoggiato i loro migliori colpi coinvolgendo l’intero pubblico del palazzetto. A spuntarla ai punti è stato Pietro Camoglio.

L’evento è stato organizzato dal direttore sportivo dei Brigadores fight club Nulvi, Vincenzo Casu, in collaborazione con il comitato regionale Onesongchai Sardegna e ha ottenuto il patrocinio del Comune dell’Anglona.
